巨石集團召開2022年一季度工作情況通報分析會
4月18日,巨(ju)石(shi)(shi)集團召開2022年一季(ji)度(du)(du)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)情(qing)況通(tong)報分析(xi)會。中國(guo)(guo)巨(ju)石(shi)(shi)黨委書(shu)記、總(zong)(zong)裁,巨(ju)石(shi)(shi)集團董事長兼(jian)首席執行官張毓強參(can)加會議(yi)并作(zuo)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)部(bu)署(shu)(shu),為公(gong)(gong)司(si)下階(jie)段(duan)的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)明確了(le)方向(xiang)。中國(guo)(guo)巨(ju)石(shi)(shi)黨委副書(shu)記、副總(zong)(zong)裁,巨(ju)石(shi)(shi)集團總(zong)(zong)裁楊國(guo)(guo)明主持會議(yi),并通(tong)報集團一季(ji)度(du)(du)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)完成(cheng)情(qing)況,部(bu)署(shu)(shu)二(er)季(ji)度(du)(du)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。集團高管(guan)、紀委書(shu)記、總(zong)(zong)監,各廠部(bu)級單(dan)位及(ji)子公(gong)(gong)司(si)第一負責人參(can)加會議(yi)。會議(yi)嚴格落實疫情(qing)防控要求,實施(shi)集團總(zong)(zong)部(bu)、巨(ju)石(shi)(shi)九江、巨(ju)石(shi)(shi)成(cheng)都(dou)、巨(ju)石(shi)(shi)埃及(ji)、巨(ju)石(shi)(shi)美國(guo)(guo)五地視頻(pin)連(lian)線參(can)會。
張毓強(qiang)董事(shi)長對一(yi)季度(du)(du)的(de)完成情(qing)況(kuang)進(jin)行了點(dian)(dian)評,肯(ken)定(ding)了一(yi)季度(du)(du)取得的(de)成績,表示(shi)集團(tuan)總體經(jing)濟運行良好,各(ge)方(fang)面工(gong)作及(ji)各(ge)項指標令人滿意,但目前還(huan)存在國內外疫情(qing)和(he)俄烏戰(zhan)爭(zheng)帶來的(de)影(ying)響、成本管控和(he)市(shi)場的(de)不確定(ding)因素等難點(dian)(dian)。針對二季度(du)(du)及(ji)未來的(de)工(gong)作,他提出三點(dian)(dian)認識和(he)對策:
01對經濟走勢的不穩定性要有充分認識和對策
中國(guo)經濟2022年的(de)三重壓力(需求(qiu)收(shou)縮、供給(gei)沖擊、預期轉弱)持(chi)續加速、加大(da),疫情和戰爭導(dao)致(zhi)世界經濟大(da)幅震(zhen)蕩,國(guo)內特別是(shi)長三角地區疫情防控形勢嚴峻(jun),企業腹背受“疫”,給(gei)經濟發展帶來(lai)了(le)極大(da)的(de)不(bu)穩定性。面對復(fu)雜嚴峻(jun)的(de)外部形勢,要在不(bu)確(que)定中找確(que)定因素,在不(bu)可(ke)靠(kao)中找可(ke)靠(kao)機會,產(chan)供銷工(gong)作要做到適(shi)應市(shi)場、適(shi)應客戶,在千變(bian)萬(wan)化的(de)國(guo)際環境(jing)中,實現快變(bian)、多變(bian)、變(bian)好,能(neng)(neng)準備的(de)盡(jin)(jin)量(liang)早(zao)準備,能(neng)(neng)想到的(de)盡(jin)(jin)量(liang)早(zao)想,能(neng)(neng)做好的(de)盡(jin)(jin)量(liang)多做,能(neng)(neng)多產(chan)的(de)盡(jin)(jin)量(liang)多產(chan),能(neng)(neng)多供的(de)盡(jin)(jin)量(liang)多供,能(neng)(neng)多銷的(de)盡(jin)(jin)量(liang)多銷。
02對創新工作要有新的認識和對策

03對完成全年任務要有新的認識和對策
嚴峻復雜的(de)疫情和世界動蕩的(de)局面(mian),給(gei)完成(cheng)全年(nian)目(mu)標(biao)(biao)任務(wu)(wu)增加了(le)難(nan)度,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)可靠性的(de)因素(su)在(zai)增加,市場(chang)變化在(zai)加大,創新發展(zhan)的(de)空(kong)間也在(zai)發生根本的(de)變化。考(kao)驗(yan)和挑戰的(de)時刻已(yi)經(jing)到來,對(dui)完成(cheng)今年(nian)預算主要經(jing)濟指標(biao)(biao)的(de)信心不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)動搖,對(dui)四線項目(mu)的(de)建設(she)按期竣工不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)動搖,對(dui)“三滿”目(mu)標(biao)(biao)任務(wu)(wu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)動搖,對(dui)創新研(yan)發任務(wu)(wu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)動搖、不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)降標(biao)(biao)。
